Medical Benefits
Our plan helps you pay the cost of doctor visits, hospital expenses, prescription drugs and a variety of other services for you and your covered dependents.
Life Insurance
CLS provides basic life insurance coverage. You may elect additional coverage for yourself and your dependents.
Disability
CLS has Short Term and Long Term Disability programs. Short term benefits are provided for up to 25 weeks. You may be eligible for Long Term Disability after the Short Term Disability benefits expire.
Vision Plan
CLS offers vision care coverage which includes eye exams, eyeglasses, and contact lenses.
Dental
CLS offers dental coverage which includes routine dental care and other services.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to direct a part of your pay, on a pre-tax basis, into a special account that can be used throughout the year to reimburse yourself for certain out of pocket health and/or dependent care expenses.
401K Employee Savings and Retirement Plan
The fund manager and record keeper for CLS’ Retirement and Savings plan is The Vanguard Group, one of the country’s largest mutual fund companies.
Subject to certain IRS limits, you may contribute up to 75% of your eligible pay to the plan. The plan offers many investment choices.
CLS will match your pre-tax contributions dollar for dollar on the first 1% you contribute and 50 cents for every dollar on the next 5% you contribute..
In addition to the matching contributions to your 401(k), the Company may also make Profit Sharing contributions to your account. The amount you may receive is based on your eligible pay.
Educational Assistance Program
Subject to certain annual limitations, CLS will reimburse you up to 90 percent for tuition and other expenses incurred for studies relevant to your position.
